Placement Program Structure

You will be required to sit in our real software company, Mon-Sat, 8 hours/day if you opted for offline. You can also join the program online. You Learn and work on real-time live projects side-by-side which is our unique experiential training approach. You can start attending interviews after the first 3 months of training.

1-3 Months

Learn the technology stack in real IT company
Laser focused intensive training on the selected course which includes primary course, add-on good to have technologies. You sit in our real software company like a software engineer or join Online and learn by working on our live projects. Initially, you get Rs.80,000/- worth course free including Personality development program if you enroll in GGPP.

3-5 Months

Job hunt & Placement period
You start job hunting by attending our scheduled and general interviews. We build your resume and train you with mock interviews. Along with your job hunt, you will rigorously work on our live projects in our real software company or Online, along with Soft skills, Scrum, Agile, Project management industry readiness skill courses.

5-12 Months

Extended learning, Job support & Experience letter
80% of our learners get placed within the first 3-5 months period. If not, we deploy you in our partner companies after the 5th month so that you can continuously improve your knowledge. You will get experience certificate for this. You will also actively attend the interviews and you get continuous support from us until you get the job

Yes, You can pay Rs. 98,000 before joining the GGPP program. The program essence is to collect the fee once you start earning. However, you can also pay in advance. If you pay Rs. 98,000 in advance, you will get Rs. 20,000 discount on overall fee.
For example: if you get a 5 LPA package, your total fee is Rs. 1,25,000 which is 3 months gross salary. Since you already paid Rs. 98,000/-, the difference amount that you need to pay is 27,000. As you paid the fee in advance, we will give you Rs. 20,000 discount. So, finally you need to pay only the remaining 7,000. You save Rs. 20,000 with this option.
A candidate who enrolls with us will get placed. If you are an experienced person, you will be paid more than your current package.
Income Sharing Agreement is a simple agreement where you agree to pay 3 months gross salary after getting the job. You pay this fee for our initial investment on your 1.
